Walsh & Monaghan provides business-focused solutions to environmental problems through counseling, negotiation, administrative action and litigation. PERMITTING: We have in-depth experience representing clients in the issuance of local and state environmental and related construction permits.

LITIGATION: We are aggressive and experienced litigators with substantial experience in complex lawsuits arising under federal, state and local environmental regulations. We also seek cost-effective solutions to litigation through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, negotiation and arbitration.

COUNSELING: We provide advice, counseling and representation on existing and proposed regulatory obligations.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENFORCEMENT: We have well developed working relationships with personnel at local and state enforcement offices. Tom Walsh has more than six years of experience working at the state level, and has an in-depth knowledge of the enforcement process, including penalty calculations and ways to achieve clients goals on behalf of landowners, regulated entities and regulating entities.
